School Supervisor Duty
Supervisor main duties of schools and education unit is to undertake the assessment and guidance to carry out the functions of supervision, both academic supervision and managerial supervision. Based on the basic tasks and functions on at least three activities that must be carried out surveillance of:
1. Conducting coaching school quality improvement, performance of the principal, teacher performance,and performance of the entire school staff,
2. Evaluating and monitoring the implementation of school programs and their development,
3. Conducting an assessment of the process and results of school development program collaboratively with the school stakeholders.
